Specsavers Recruitment Campaign

The Professional Marketing team at Specsavers Canada asked us to develop various digital and print assets for their ongoing recruitment campaign as they work towards opening 200 locations across Canada.

The campaign look was already set and approved. We were responsible for laying out the remaining and new outputs in various formats and sizes while respecting a very strict campaign template/guide.

Understanding the look behind the campaign and the reasoning behind each element helped us with maintaining the look with each request received. We took the client’s approved templates and provided several layout directions of how the campaign should look at different aspect ratios. We stayed as close as possible to the provided templates despite working with different formats. Once layouts had been approved and established, new requests were more efficient; quicker to apply, and assets looked consistent.
